Troubleshooting M4sterPlan Sync Issues

Files added to a plan on a user's desktop computer are never synced back to MediaBeacon.


There may be an error in the end user's filecloudsync app configuration. If the below block of XML is present in the  syncclientconfig.xml file on the end user's computer, it will prevent proper operation.

  1. Quit the filecloudsync app
  2. Open syncclientconfig.xml in a plaintext editor.
  3. Search for the above block
  4. Remove the entire block
  5. Save file
  6. Restart filecloudsync

This block of code is ONLY for the MediaBeacon Core Server, not the end user's computer.
