Clearing Your Browser's Cache

Issue

When configuration changes happen within MediaBeacon, they may not be apparent due to old resources in the user's browser cache. This is sometimes confused with clearing a browser's history, but is a separate operation.

Clearing Browsing History does not clear Browser Cache.

Resolution

If you are using a different version of the listed browsers, please search for instructions specifically in clearing the browser cache on that version.

Note: This procedure will likely sign the user out of MediaBeacon.
